Changho Yoo was born and raised in Incheon, South Korea. After graduation from Incheon Science High school, he attended the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) where he obtained his B.S. degree in 2011. Then, Changho joined Prof. Yunho Lee group at KAIST. His graduate study focused on bioinorganic nickel-CO2 chemistry. In the summer of 2016, Changho completed his Ph.D. degree, and he continued working in nickel pincer chemistry as a post-doctoral fellow in the same laboratory. In November 2017, Changho joined the Miller group to develop new catalytic systems using organometallic principles.
